Excellent customer service! I received a fair and reasonable quote with a same day repair to my roof & gutters. Eric explained what needed to be done in detail beforehand with pictures and provided after pictures once the job was completed. Highly recommend and will refer him to others who need roof repair service. Top notch!

Getting a new roof from Trademark Roofing was one of the best major purchase decisions we have made. Nancy and Eric were so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us in the selection of the most aesthetically pleasing, practical and durable roof materials. They also made sure we were very satisfied with the final result. The installation crew were on the job exactly as promised and worked so tirelessly and professionally to get the job done. The final result is very appealing and beautiful, with some extra touches thrown in. The preparation, protection and cleanup were so careful, that you would never know a new roof had just been installed. The cost was below my expectation and provided a considerable value.

I called TMR for a suspected roof leak which had stained the ceiling of a bedroom. They were highly recommended to me by a friend I trust. The first (and only) time I called, I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. On the day of the appointment, Robert called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival, Both his call and his arrival were within the 2-hour window I was provided when I made the appointment. He was extremely nice and explained (with pictures) what he observed and how he proposed to fix it. After I gave my approval, he proceeded with the repair and completed the work quickly. The work came with a 1-year warranty, which was nice. It has rained twice since then and so far so good. I am very pleased with TMR and would recommend them highly!

We discovered a branch had fallen through our roof, and I found Trademark Roofing was highly recommended on NextDoor in my neighborhood. I called, and Robert was able to come out that same day to give me a free estimate which was fair and reasonable. He was able to start work right away and fixed the hole in our roof! He was extremely nice and professional, and even texted me photos from the top of our roof to see the before, during and after condition of our roof and how he had fixed it, even without me asking! Great customer service and great work! We are 100% satisfied and will call them again if we have any future issues.

Overwhelmed by the quickest response by a company. I noticed a hole in the roof when I was changing the filter in the HVAC system. Eric fixed the problem quickly. Very happy!
